*Senior Bookkeeper/Office Administrator - Food Manufacturing* *Job Description* As our Senior Bookkeeper/Office Administrator, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of our Gelato production business.
With our Office Team and working closely with our Production Team, you will support the office team and perform regular bookkeeping functions.
*Office Responsibilities:* * Manage sales/order desk operation and the processing of orders * Work closely with Production Team and Office Team * Maintain gelato inventory system in QuickBooks * Manage inventories and purchasing of ingredients and supplies * Perform all regular bookkeeping functions invoicing, A/R, A/P using QuickBooks * Maintain logs & files * Create and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of financial and performance metrics * Help promote a company culture of happy and productive team members *Skills* * Excellent customer service and communication skills * A positive cheerful attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational skills * Advanced Bookkeeping knowledge * Proficiency with QuickBooks * Proficiency with Excel * Proficiency with high volume email management using either Gmail or Outlook * Through understanding office practices and management * Ability to perform occasional light to medium physical tasks *Education And Experience* * A proven record of dependable attendance and superior performance * 4+ years of office experience * 1+ years of office supervision experience * Customer Service experience * Experience with basic bookkeeping functions invoicing, A/R & A/P using QuickBooks * Ability to reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Experience with high volumes of email using either Gmail or Microsoft Outlook * Experience using Excel in a business environment * Restaurant industry experience a plus * Production kitchen experience a plus * Associate degree or additional relevant experience * Bachelor’s degree a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.
