\*\*Must have 3 years of recent, verifiable Project Management experience, preferably specific to Commercial Roofing (New and Re-roofs)\*\*
The position maximizes the use of technology for managing multiple commercial roofing projects through to completion.
Candidates must be experienced in evaluating technical data, specifications and blueprints, and able to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Must be able to analyze and orchestrate logistics, equipment needs, labor resources, and material flow to meet objectives.
Must possess leadership skills and promote a Team environment.
Must be organized, efficient, and willing to put in overtime hours necessary for the job.
Must have transportation, driver's license, and a clean driving record.
Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe experience, and Bluebeam experience - is a plus.
This position does require you to be able to access military installations for managing projects, meetings, etc.
If you are unsure if your background hinders you from accessing military installations, please reach out for clarification.
Access is denied differently on each base.
