*Job Overview*: We are currently seeking a skilled, motivational, and detail-oriented leader to join our team as a *Culinary Kitchen Lead *at Sullivan Family Kitchen.
The ideal candidate will exhibit leadership traits and help to manage a shift.
*Responsibilities:*
· Oversee team production by helping to keep team members on track with their daily work and assist when needed.
· Oversee Culinary projects ensuring correct amount of items are being produced, packed and delivered.
· Handle inventory and vendor order writing responsibilities.
· Safely handle physical tasks, including lifting 30-50 lbs.
and maintaining stamina throughout the shift.
· Uphold strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
*Available shifts:*
· 6:30am-2:30pm or 2:30pm -11:00pm
· Monday – Sunday (5 workdays, Split day off)
· Full-Time.
Full-Time positions require open availability.
*Qualifications:*
· Prior Culinary/Food Production, or manufacturing experience is a prerequisite
· Prior supervisory role preferred
· Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
· High school diploma or equivalent is a prerequisite.
· Previous experience in pastry preparation is preferred.
· Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance is mandatory.
· Adherence to all company policies and requirements is essential.
