Aloha Green Apothecary is seeking dependable Cultivation Technicians with the willingness to learn and do whatever it takes to get the job done in *full-time* or *part-time* roles.
The Cultivation Technician is a team player with a positive attitude but can work independently for extended periods of time.
The role performs various cannabis cultivation activities and may have some greenhouse, horticultural, or agricultural experience, and if not, the role is able to quickly grasp new concepts related to cannabis harvesting, drying, trimming, and curing.
The role will effectively utilize the tools and training supplied to them to grow within the cultivation team of Aloha Green.
*What you will do:*
The Cultivation Technician is responsible for providing on-site support in cannabis plant care operations.
The role reports to the Senior Cultivator and assists in cannabis cultivation tasks by ensuring product is properly harvested, cured, and processed, keeping quality and sanitation at the forefront.
The Cultivation Technician implements the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set in place and adapts quickly to changes in policy, procedure, and technique, while continually maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and sterility of workspace.
*Job Duties:*
· Cutting, hanging, and trimming cannabis plants
· Performing deep cleans on equipment and spaces used for harvesting and curing
· Reporting issues to senior cultivation staff
· Providing quality control for final product

*What you’ll need:*
The Cultivation Technician needs to have a detailed-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sanitation.
The role requires working in high temperatures, standing for extended periods of time, and lifting 30+lbs.
The Cultivation Technician can follow basic instructions as well as take constructive criticism from supervisors to help maintain quality standards and production goals.
The role is willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Prior cannabis experience in curing cannabis on a commercial scale is ideal but, not required.
The Cultivation Technician must be *at least 21 years old*, be able to *pass a federal background check*, and *possess a vehicle *due to facility location.
Strong preference for local candidates (Oahu residents) as we are urgently hiring.
