*Overview:*
Alan Shintani, Inc.
is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Construction Project Manager to be a part of the ASI Ohana.
For more than 35 years, Alan Shintani, Inc.
has been recognized for years in the construction community for providing quality, dependable, general contracting services for various types of projects and clients.
We provide general construction as well as construction management services for residential, commercial, and government/institutional projects.
ASI has a solid foundation and the capability to take on a wide range of projects with different scopes and requirements which resulted in receiving several awards and commendations from various government agencies over the years.
*Qualifications:*
· Four (4) year Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Management degree or equivalent technical training and experience
· Ten (10) or more years in construction building experience
· Project management and estimating experience
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to supervise and support others effectively
· Ability to pass a background check to obtain base passes
*Responsibilities:*
· Organizing and overseeing jobsite administration
· Organizing and coordinating field supervision
· Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers
· Developing, monitoring, updating, and communicating the progress schedule and its periodic revisions
· Managing subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, coordination with other trades, and payments
· Establishing and maintaining relationships with the owners, subcontractors, and government officials
