Pipe Replacement Plumber

Are you an experienced plumber looking to make more money and move up in your career? SageWater's repipe technicians must be willing to take direction from crew leads and work in a collaborative, team-based environment to meet our fast-paced schedules.
Our repipe projects are "production" work with minimal downtime.
One crew will often remove and replace all the pipe in a single condominium in less than one day.
Repipe technicians must work quickly to perform all the pipe replacement work so the drywall crews can follow behind them to complete the wall repairs.
Repipe technicians may eventually become Repipe Team Leaders, so in addition to advancing their plumbing skills, they also need to learn how to communicate with residents/unit owners and manage more junior team members.

Starting pay is commensurate with experience and responsibilities of individual roles.
• A Helper can expect to receive anywhere between $800 to $1000 weekly • A Mechanic can expect to receive anywhere between $1100 to 1500 weekly • A Lead can expect to receive $1500+ weekly CORE DUTIES: • Professional presentation and conduct at all times while working in client homes • Effective communications of project progress across to team members, leaders, and clients • Always maintain and uphold company quality and safety standards • Daily installation and removal of dust and debris mitigation system • Fast-paced removal and replacement of existing pipe, including, domestic supply, drain waste & vent, as well as hydronic TO JOIN OUR TEAM, YOU MUST: • Be over 18 and able to work legally in the U.

A • Have a strong work ethic, integrity, and sense of personal accountability • Be able to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment • Possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Present yourself with a professional appearance and demeanor • Have a willingness to work hard all day, every day • Possess a clean background • Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test • Possess necessary hand tools required for the role • Be able to reliably get to and from the job site daily PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Have experience working in occupied residential communities (apartments and condominiums) • Be able to take direction from their crew lead and project manager • Experienced in most/all types of pipe fitting (CPVC, Pex, Copper, cast iron is a plus).
• Familiar with different types of soldering and fitting larger diameter piping.
