• Crew times and daily progress reports.
• Working with the project team throughout the job process to ensure to make their project a success! • Coordinating and overseeing our exceptional team of sub-trades partners.
• Coordinating and scheduling equipment, labor, and materiel required for your project.
• Driving and maintaining an HWI vehicle and equipment.
• Leading our company training and development program for the staff on your team.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 3 years of concrete or site work experience • Minimum 2 years of management experience in any field • Outgoing personality, able to connect with people effectively • Ability to problem solve in a dynamic work environment • Reading plans and layout • Self-motivated and desire to grow continuously • Desire to lead teams and motivate others • Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary • Clean driving record Compensation: Prevailing Wages Job Type: Full-time Pay Frequency: Weekly If this sounds like you, click apply and let us know why you think you’d be a great fit for our team!
