Program: Fighters: F-22 Mods & Maintenance
Description:This position is located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor, Hickam, Hawaii.
Possible domestic and international travel may be required.
Will perform servicing, repair, troubleshooting and overhaul on F-22 aircraft electrical and avionics systems.
Will utilize engineering drawings and dispositions to repair, replace, rebuild and route aircraft electrical harnesses / Replace avionics systems and components for routine maintenance as well as in support of modification, upgrades, and overhauls.
- Will obtain & deliver any OJT (On the Job Training) as required/directed to meet contractual requirements
- Must be able to work a flexible shift schedule
- Work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive movements, work overhead, use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms.
The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and twist.
May be required to pass physical/medical exams
Must be a US Citizen.
This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Must acquire an Interim Secret clearance prior to start
Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess a minimum of 5 years
electrical/avionics experience on tactical/fighter aircraft.
-Able to follow applicable technical direction and read and interpret blueprints/drawings.
- Must have been previously awarded an Air Force 5 to 9 skill level or equivalent USMC or US Navy CDI/CDQAR qualification or possess equivalent civilian experience with associated credential
Desired Skills:
- Previous Joint Fighter Aircraft F-22, F-35, F-16, F-15, F-18, A-10 or similar aircraft electrical/avionics experience
- Previous Contract Feild Team TCTO, Modification, Upgrade, Overhaul experience.
- Experience with running new wire harnesses, performing wire splices, fiberoptic cleaning/installation, etc.
- Working Knowledge of such programs as Hazardous Waste Management, Safety, Training, FOD, Security, Supply Chain Management, and Time Accounting
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
