Irrigation Technician (5 yr +) (Honolulu)

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Irrigation Technician with at least 5 years of experience for a full-time role in our team.
The primary responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems in residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate a commitment to safety, high-quality customer service, and have a proven track record in the field.
Key Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance of Irrigation Systems: -Install new systems and perform routine maintenance on existing systems.
-Adjust, replace, or repair irrigation hardware.
-Ensure all work is done to a high standard, maintaining customer satisfaction.
Troubleshooting and Emergency Repairs: -Diagnose and resolve irrigation system issues, including leaks and electrical faults.
-Provide prompt and effective emergency repair services.
Site Assessment and Client Interaction: -Conduct evaluations to determine effective irrigation solutions.
-Communicate with clients, understanding their needs and providing system education.
Record Keeping and Crew Management: -Maintain records of all activities.
-Develop skills for crew management responsibilities.
Physical and Environmental Adaptability: -Work in various landscaping settings, handling exposure to different conditions.
-Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds regularly.
Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: -Must be at least 18 years old and reliable.
-Possess at least 5 years of experience in irrigation system installation and troubleshooting.
-Valid Driver's License and willingness to learn and advance in the role.
-Ability to work safely in various environmental conditions.
Preferred Qualifications: -Experience in lighting repair/installation.
-Background in managing a landscape crew.
