We have a full time and part time opening for a highly energetic, full of Hoʻokipa personality to join our Ohana as a "Diesel Mechanic".
Diesel mechanic is responsible for the maintenance and repair of diesel-powered vehicles, include running diagnostic tests on vehicles, test driving vehicles to gauge performance and maintaining detailed records of the vehicles they have serviced.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Vehicle maintenance tasks, such as an oil change, tire rotation, or equipment repair, etc.
• Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, problem solving ability.
• Road test vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist.
• Document all work performed on the repair order.
• Report any safety issues immediately to management.
• Maintain strict adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Adheres to hazards and safety precautions; wears personal protective equipment as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
