Looking for a highly dependable individual, skilled in basic maintenance to support our facilities and executives' work orders and tasks.
*QUALIFICATIONS*
* Maintenance experience such as light carpentry, painting, repairs of appliances/equipment
* Self-starter with ability to work independently and effectively
* Able to routinely lift 25lbs and occasionally lift/maneuver up to 50lbs
* Valid drivers license.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
* Fostering a sense of teamwork and collaboration in cultivating a culture aligned with HCC Values
* Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment/appliances.
Assist maintenance technicians with manufacturing machinery installation/repairs
* Provide support for employer projects/needs; purchase, receive, pick up, pack/ship and deliver
* Coordinate with external vendors/servicers for repairs or miscellaneous request
* Maintain employer vehicles; safety checks, special permits, basic upkeep
* Complete work orders promptly, and effectively.
