We are looking for a supervisor to head our maintenance department of four.
Candidate and team will keep the physical structure of our shopping center (including buildings, rental spaces, common & garden areas) in good condition.
Candidate will also assist the management office with daily overall operation.
You must have at least three years' experience in commercial property maintenance.
You must also have good knowledge of carpentry, masonry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, landscaping, HVAC and safety requirements set by OSHA.
Please be informed that this is a 24/7 on call full time position.
Candidate should possess a valid driver license and a reliable automobile.
