Warehouse Coordinator – Hawai’i – Resident Shows Division Temporary position Please note that there may be exceptional delays in this recruitment process as these positions will be staffed gradually.

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator whose role will be to work in assorted locations to support the creation and installation of a new show.
This position will work closely with the Technical Director and Show management to support the tasks and needs of the production during the creation phase.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills.
The Warehouse Coordinator will: - Receive all deliveries of merchandise and theatrical equipment; inventory and organize quantities delivered; Ensure items are stored properly; - Ensure equipment and supplies are stocked in sufficient quantity to ensure the on-going needs of the production; - Be point of contact for Production Services and warehouse maintenance; - Work with Production Services to maintain clear and organized work area; - Supervise local crews as needed; - Work at assorted locations to include, but not limited to, the warehouse and theater; - Transport technical staff and equipment to locations like special events, vendors, training facilities; - When needed, transport artistic staff to trainings or onboarding appointments like airport, social security office, postoffice, stores, etc.
; - Daily mail runs to and from the theater; - Assist with shopping both on line and in person on behalf of the production team; - Maintain a flexible schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsals, training, maintenance and evening show performances; Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays - Adhere to, and promote, all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations as they pertain to the safe operation of all elements related to the show; participate in all required health and safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training; - Contribute to a safe and positive working environment at all times by adhering to and following all Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group standards, values, policies and regulations pertaining to safely using equipment and established working methods; - Assist other departments, as needed; - Complete all other job-related duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: - Previous experience managing a warehouse; Inventory management experience an asset; - Strong problem solving skills; - Familiarity with entertainment and theatrical equipment; - Valid drivers license; able to drive large vehicles (15 passenger van, Steaked trucks, box trucks etc); - Powered Vehicle Operator Certification to include Forklift, aerial work platform; - Comfortable working at heights; - Comfortable working with basic hand and power tools; - Fluent in English, both written and spoken; - Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts; - Ability to work in a team environment and to communicate with a number of levels within an organization; - Professional appearance and demeanor; - High school diploma or GED completion; - Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook) SharePoint and SAP; - Ability to perform the essential functions of the job including, but not limited to: crouching, kneeling, standing, lifting, sometimes for extended amounts of time; lifting at least 50lbs unassisted, etc.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $56,000 USD/year.
This range is location-specific and compensation in other geographies may vary.
Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided upon elements related, but not limited to: skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
** Please note: This position is required to be on-site in Hawai’i.
There will be no relocation assistance provided for this position.
