Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in blueprint reading, airless paint spraying, color theory, concrete finishing, plaster, fixture installation, caulking, , stucco, and masonry.
As a , you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to construction and maintenance projects.
This is a paid position.
Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements - Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching as needed - Apply paint or other finishes using airless paint spraying techniques - Mix and match colors according to color theory principles - Perform concrete finishing tasks such as pouring, leveling, and smoothing - Apply plaster or stucco to walls or ceilings - Install fixtures such as cabinets, shelves, or hardware - Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure water-tightness - Assist with masonry work as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as a or similar role - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation - Knowledge of airless paint spraying techniques - Understanding of color theory principles - Experience with concrete finishing, plastering, and stucco application - Ability to install fixtures accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with caulking and sealing methods - Knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
