Lead Maintenance Technician (Kahuku)

We're hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 200-unit residential community.
As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will oversee the overall upkeep of the property.
This includes grounds maintenance, sidewalks, landscaping, pool maintenance, building maintenance, sprinkler system maintenance, as well as handling basic plumbing and electrical tasks.
This role requires someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
