As the Senior Program Manager and Site Lead, you will play a pivotal role in directing and managing intricate programs aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

Shafter Bldg #683, Schofield Barrack, HI 96786 Job Requirements: Skills / Experience Required Possess six years of expertise managing an IT/VI services contract with a comparable dollar value, workload, and complexity Demonstrate a track record of six years in program management, consistently delivering successful outcomes for complex programs Proven experience in managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams Available for occasional travel as dictated by program requirements Provide day-to-day personnel management for contractor staff Ensure seamless service completion at the individual level, proactively managing and resolving disputes, HR matters, and concerns with contract staff Promptly address and resolve personnel issues impacting the overall job environment, fostering a supportive and harmonious workplace atmosphere Respond promptly to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for any contract-related issues Report staff absences affecting services provided to the vendor to the COR and government team lead of contractor staff Present comprehensive mitigation plans to the COR and government branch chief to address potential absences impacting service delivery to the government.
Swiftly address and resolve issues related to contractor staff, ensuring their performance aligns seamlessly with government service delivery Manage and ensure the validity and currency of security clearance, cyber security, and computing environment training for contractor staff Provide strategic leadership for planning, executing, and delivering complex programs Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria aligned with organizational goals Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external partners Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders clearly and promptly Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables Monitor and track program progress, addressing issues to ensure timely and successful delivery Proactively identify and mitigate program risks Develop risk management plans and contingency strategies to address potential challenges Oversee program budgets, ensuring effective resource utilization Collaborate with finance and resource management teams to optimize resource allocation Establish and enforce program management best practices and standards Conduct regular quality reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and present regular reports on program status, milestones, and key performance indicators to senior leadership Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation.
