Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Construction Manager to join our team for DOD Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POL) Fuels contracts at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the management and execution of fuels-related projects for the Department of Defense (DOD), ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services while adhering to all contractual requirements and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager to oversee construction aspects of DOD POL Fuels contracts at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, including procurement, storage, distribution, and quality control.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and DOD representatives to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Conduct inspections to assess safety compliance, and quality standards.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
Manage client communications and ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with procurement specialists to facilitate the acquisition of fuels and related resources, complying with DOD procurement regulations.
Uphold a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and quality assurance throughout all project phases.
Basic Qualifications:
Familiarity with DOD regulations and guidelines governing fuels procurement, storage, distribution, and quality control.
Minimum of 7+ years of experinece in managing DOD construction projects.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.
g.
, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices applicable to fuels handling and storage operations.
Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required by DOD contracts.
Experience working in a military or federal government environment is a plus.
Flexibility to travel as needed to support project requirements.
