*Duties: Installation of new roofs on residential and commercial buildings.

- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, tiles, or metal sheets
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Remove old roofing materials and properly dispose of them
- Install or repair flashing to prevent water leakage
- Apply waterproof coatings or sealants to protect roofs from moisture
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in roofing projects
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while working at heights
Experience:
- Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Familiarity with schematics and blueprints for roof installations
- Skills in stucco, concrete forming, metal stud framing, masonry, caulking, carpentry, fabricating, frame carpentry, and welding are a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.
00 - $30.
00 per hour depending on experience.
