```Responsibilities```
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues that arise
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of project coordination and the construction process
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with contract management and construction estimating
- Proficiency in using construction management software (e.
g.
, HeavyBid)
- Knowledge of Civil 3D and ability to interpret schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills to address issues on-site
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
