Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring our client’s requirements are fulfilled in a manner consistent with the company’s core values that includes the overseeing and monitoring of employee performance.
This is a front line working position that will require working with and alongside our employees to get the work completed in the most efficient manner possible.
In addition, project managers must maintain schedules for all aspects of assigned projects, complete established goals following critical deadlines, monitor and analyze actual progress against schedules and budgets, and produce reports.
Job Duties
Learn the “Federal Maintenance Way” by approaching all encounters with customers and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs.
Attend all required meetings and trainings.
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and clients.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and customers in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Other duties as assigned by Executive Management
Experience
Previous janitorial, maintenance, or management experience a plus.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Requirements
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license
Certification or willing to be certified for operating forklifts and man lifts
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks on time with accuracy and minimal supervision.
Federal and State background clearance
Job Conditions
A majority of the Project Managers time is spent at customer facilities on various military installations.
Job site visits may require extensive walking between various federal facilities and being outdoors in the sun for extended periods of time.
Pay Rate
$55,000-$75,000*
*Based upon experience
