Coater/ Painter

We are hiring a welder for YRBM 49 Project in Pearl Harbor to start as soon as possible.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coater/Painter to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for applying various coatings and paints to surfaces according to specifications.
This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of coating techniques and materials.
Responsibilities: * Prepare surfaces for coating or painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
* Select appropriate coatings or paints based on project requirements and material compatibility.
* Ensure proper adhesion and coverage of coatings, inspecting work for defects and making adjustments as necessary.
* Monitor drying times and environmental conditions to optimize coating performance.
* Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing regular cleaning and maintenance.
the Coater should hold a valid Coating Certificate.
