Job Title: Solar Administrative Assistant - Join a Sunny Team in Hawaii's Green Revolution!

Are you passionate about sustainability and want to be part of Hawaii's solar revolution? Our established solar company, serving the islands since 2001, is on the lookout for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in creating a brighter, greener future.
Note: This is a gig position with flexibility for evening and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage data entry tasks, reading through files, and updating Mailchimp lists.
Great phone voice in speaking with our existing local customer based, discussing solar projects, and scheduling services.
Outreach to solar water heater owners to promote and schedule preventive maintenance, aka Solar Hot Water Tuneups.
Assist in managing mass email campaigns.
We are Flexible for part-time, evening, and weekend work.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry.
Great phone etiquette, capable of building positive connections with local customers.
Organized and detail-oriented for accurate data management.
Prior administrative or customer service experience is advantageous.
If you have a workstation at home, or good laptop, some work can be done at home, for remote work hours.
