I’ll pay you $300 cash for your lamb to slaughter for Passover.
I need a lamb that is: 1\.
Male.

One year old.

No wounds, scabs, illness, or disease.
4\.
No broken bones.
5\.
No deformities.
Apart from the $300 cash, I will pay you an additional $100 cash to reserve the lamb until I pick him up on March 24th.
So, your total income will be $400.
If I change my mind on purchasing the lamb, you keep the $100.
I’ll pay the $100 on our first meeting to reserve the lamb.
Then on March 20th I will be inspecting the lamb.
Then I’ll pay the $300 on March 24th when I pick up the lamb.
