Looking for owner finance (Ocean view)

Aloha, I'm hoping to find an owner finance acre lot in Ocean View.
I've Grown up in Hawaii and would like to set roots on a piece of land.
I like the weather and proximity to Kona.
I'm respectful and kind, always pay my bills on time and have the record to prove it.
However, I don't have a large down payment to go allow with it or proper proof of income for a mortgage.
So I'm praying the right situation comes along and I'm blessed with something affordable that I can work on over time.
I currently have a residence until I'm able to create a comfortable situation.

I'm not going to create an eye sore or encampment.
It'll be a home.
