First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced, collaborative, detail-oriented Mortgage Service Center Process Review Officer to join our Mortgage Service Center team.
In this role, you’ll serve as Mortgage Service Center’s (“MSC”) liaison for internal and external audits, including quality assurance and control reviews.
Lead and coordinate process improvement efforts, including the development and maintenance of ongoing monitoring and controls over the operations of MSC.
*Work Schedule:*
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
*Compensation:*
The annual salary range for this role is $47,195 - $84,406/yr; commensurate with experience.

*The ideal candidate will have:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field or equivalent work experience required.
* years of experience in the mortgage loan business required.
* years of experience in mortgage servicing or lending preferred.
* Prior experience in a compliance or related role preferred.
* Self-motivated and able to execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
* Proven successful collaborator among peers, colleagues, and management.
* Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
* Possesses attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and excellent follow-through.
* Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple complex, competing deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
