Hawaii Life is a leading real estate brokerage in the state of Hawaii and we are looking for an individual with the drive, commitment, and work ethic to join our team as a Transaction Manager.

Applicant MUST have at least one year of Hawaii Real Estate escrow experience.

This position requires regular in-person meetings, so the applicant MUST RESIDE in the state of Hawaii.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• A working knowledge of Hawaii real estate law, principles, sales and escrow.
• At least one year of Hawaii Real Estate escrow management experience required.
• Computer: Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Equipment: Scanning, copy machine, mobile phone (includes texting).
• Applications: Chrome, Adobe, Google Suite, Dropbox and Docusign
• Requires strong organizational, listening, judgment, decision making, verbal, written and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively prioritize.
• Aptitude to learn new technologies.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team environment with other Transaction Coordinators.
• Prolonged sitting and computer work.
• Effective communication with people at all levels of the organization and outside vendors.
• Upholding a positive and professional attitude throughout the real estate transaction to all interested parties; including company staff.
• Ability to deal with constant requests for assistance with patience and tolerance.
WORKFLOW
Day to day tasks will include a wide variety of assignments as determined by the Director of Agent Services.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
• Preparing and setting up transaction files.
• Maintaining, uploading and organizing property documents.
• Ensuring that the transaction file is complete and that all documents and signatures are obtained.
• Working under minimal supervision to meet daily deadlines; must be able to solve moderately complex issues and exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
• Uploading documents, emails, and all correspondence relating to the transaction in a timely manner.
• Following company policy and procedures with regards to the use of company equipment and software.
• Performing other duties as assigned and/or as applicable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Commensurate with qualifications and experience; Starting pay for individual with one year of experience is $20/hr

WORK LOCATION:
• Individual will work at a Hawaii Life office.
We have offices in Oahu, Kauai, Maui, and the Big Island.
