Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Payment of bills
• Collection of delinquent rents, fees and tenant reimbursements
• Preparation of Income/Expense Statement for owners
• Respond to owners' and tenants' inquiries
• Communicate with other Property Management Companies, Government Agencies as needed
• Composes letters
• Greet visitors and accept phone calls in a professional manner.
Record detailed messages.
• Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Work with others in a cooperative, professional and friendly manner.
Self-starter, dependable, accurate when completing tasks, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills and strong verbal communication skills.
Able to work with time-sensitive material.
High school graduate.
Comfortable with Word and Excel.
Able to work over-time as needed.
Desired:
Experience working with property management software - Appfolio.
One year of accounting work experience or one year working in a property management office.
